Burger King, Hold the Taxes

Sen. Bernie Sanders explains how Burger King and other corporations avoid paying their fair share of taxes by using a tactic known as tax inversion.  The Senator goes on to explain further how this is instrumental in creating a federal budget deficit by unfairly shifting the tax burden on to the middle class.
